Bruno Chaussignand was born in France in 1974 and first became interested in eyewear at the age of 15. “I dreamed about being a designer,” says Chaussignand. “I was fascinated by the three sides to the [optical] business, which spanned fashion, technology, and health.” Chaussignand immediately became passionate about the fashion eyewear business and launched the brand that bears his name in 2004.
